All Art Friends pieces are printed and fulfilled on demand by our production partner, Printful. Each item is made especially for you.
PRODUCTION & FULFILLMENT
Because every Art Friends piece is made to order, your item goes into production as soon as your order is placed. Shipping time begins only after production is complete.
- Average production time: 2–5 business days
- Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days
- More than 50% of orders ship within 3 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
- Standard: 3–4 business days transit / 5–10 business days total est.
Most US orders arrive within 10 business days from the date of purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Standard: 5–20 business days transit / 7–25 business days total est.
- Standard + CO₂ offset: 5–20 business days transit / 7–25 business days total est.
We ship worldwide. Orders are routed from the nearest Printful fulfillment center (US, Europe, or Mexico) where possible.
Customs & import duties: International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient. The Trophy Room LA Inc is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don't see it within 7 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
DELAYS & PEAK SEASONS
Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed. If your estimated delivery date has passed, please wait an additional 5 business days before reaching out.
Holiday season (Nov–Dec): Production times may extend to 5–10 business days. We recommend ordering early.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Orders with multiple Art Friends pieces may ship in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.
RETURNS, DAMAGE & LOST PACKAGES
Because all Art Friends items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing preferences or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please email info@thetrophyroomla.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
For packages lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner.
