At Art Friends Shop, we want you to love your shopping experience from start to finish. We work hard to ensure your items arrive safely and on time, but we also know that sometimes things don't go exactly as planned.

Here is everything you need to know about our return and refund process!

Easy Replacements & Refunds for Faulty Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we've got your back! Because you deserve nothing less than a perfect product, we make fixing these issues incredibly easy.

  • What to do: Simply contact our support team at info@thetrophyroomla.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include Photos: To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item in your initial email. This allows us to process your replacement or refund fast!

  • The solution: Once we verify the issue, we will happily arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Lost packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in a reasonable timeframe and your package is lost in transit, let us know. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve it and ensure you don't walk away empty-handed.

General Refund Guidelines

To maintain fairness and keep our shop running smoothly, please note the following boundaries:

  • Made-to-Order & Handmade Items: Because each of our items is lovingly handmade and made-to-order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds for buyer’s remorse or changes of mind. We appreciate your understanding!

  • Delivery Confirmation: Once the carrier marks your package as "Delivered" with a valid tracking number, our responsibility for transit is complete.

  • Time Limit: Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change in a flash! We gladly accept cancellations within one (1) hour of your purchase. If you need to cancel, please email us immediately at info@thetrophyroomla.com, and we will do everything we can to catch it in time.

Address Mistakes & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your complete address at checkout, including your apartment number and postal code! If a package is returned to us because an incorrect address was entered:

  • We can easily resend your items or issue a refund.

  • Please note that a shipping/restocking fee of $5.95 per item will apply.

How to Initiate a Return

If your situation qualifies for a return or replacement under our faulty item policy, here is how to get started:

  1. Email us: Reach out to info@thetrophyroomla.com and attach photos of the product.

  2. Condition: Any eligible returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

  3. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item on our end.

  4. Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
